Renowned Spanish energy company Iberdrola is set to return as the Official Energy Partner for the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals
The highly anticipated tournament finals will take place from November 13 to 20 in the vibrant city of Málaga, Spain.
This renewed partnership highlights Iberdrola’s ongoing commitment to championing women's sports, building on its previous collaboration with the Billie Jean King Cup in 2023.
The company has a strong track record of supporting sports organisations, including the Spanish Billie Jean King Cup team, the Spanish Olympic and Paralympic Committees, and as the main sponsor of the Spanish Women’s National Football Team, which won the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023 and the Women’s Nation’s League in 2024.
With a shared dedication to gender equality, Iberdrola’s sponsorship enhances the growing network of Billie Jean King Cup partners, which includes title partner Gainbridge and global partners, e.l.f. Beauty, Magellan, Microsoft, Tory Burch, and Stake.
Kerstin Lutz, CEO, Billie Jean King Cup Limited said: “The return of Iberdrola as the official energy partner for the Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals is a step in our mission to promote women’s sports.
