What are the Billie Jean King Cup Finals by Gainbridge?
The Billie Jean King Cup Finals is the women’s World Cup of Tennis. 12 nations, featuring many of the world’s best players, will battle it out on court for the right to be crowned 2024’s World Champions. The 12 competing nations are: Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Australia, Slovakia, United States, Spain, Poland, Czechia, Japan, Romania, and Italy.
Where is the tournament held and on what dates?
The Billie Jean King Cup Finals will be held at Malaga’s Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena (C/ Miguel Mérida Nicolich, 2 – 29004 Málaga) from Wednesday November 13th to Wednesday November 20th, 2024.
Where can I buy my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets on the official website here. Any remaining tickets will also be available at Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena’s event box office, during the week of the Finals.
What does my ticket include?
Each ticket will include access to one tie between two nations. Each tie consists of two singles matches and one doubles match, which will be played if the tie is 1-1 after both singles have been played.
Are tickets sold per match, tie, or per day?
Tickets are sold per tie, which includes two single matches and one doubles match (in case of a tie after the singles) between two nations.
Which players will play each match?
Each nation names up to five players in their team for the Finals and each nation’s captain confirms their team selections on the day of each tie.
How long does a match last?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of each match, but the start times for each tie are confirmed on the sales website.
Where is the chair umpire located?
The chair umpire and the player’s benches are both located in Sector C.
Are seats numbered?
Yes, all seats are numbered. You can choose your seat during the purchase process.
If I am a wheelchair user, what type of seat should I buy?
There is a designated area for people with reduced mobility and their companions. If you are a wheelchair user you must email us at ticketing@bjkcfinals.com and request the code that will unlock the area so you can make the purchase via our website. You can purchase one ticket for yourself and another for a companion in this area. If you are coming with more people, we recommend that the rest of your party purchase tickets in general seating, so we can guarantee that there is enough space in the reduced mobility section for everyone who needs it.
Are there special prices for children?
Children up to the age of five do not need to pay for a ticket to access the venue, but they will need to sit on the lap of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Children between the ages of six and 13 have a special child price.
Anyone aged 14 or older will need to purchase an adult ticket.
At what age can teenagers access the venue without an accompanying adult?
Ticket holders aged 16 or older can access the venue without an accompanying adult.
Does the price of my ticket include VAT?
Yes, the ticket price includes VAT.
Are there any extra charges for tickets?
The prices of all tickets, regardless of their amount, will have an increase of €1.5 for service and administration fees.
Can I resell my ticket?
Ticket resale is not allowed.
Where can I collect my tickets?
All tickets are electronic and will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Can I request an invoice for the purchase of my tickets?

What are the box office opening hours?
The Box Office will be open from Wednesday November 13th to Wednesday November 20th. Opening times will be confirmed shortly.
Can I show my e-ticket on my mobile phone and not print it?
Yes, we recommend that you do not print your e-ticket and that you show it from your mobile, either in PDF format or from your passbook/wallet. Photos and screenshots will not be accepted.
If I leave the venue, can I re-enter?
You can leave the venue and re-enter as long as you validate your ticket at the exit. Otherwise, your ticket will be invalid for access.
If I have purchased tickets and I am unable to attend, can I request a refund of the ticket and/or exchange it to attend another day?
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except for causes attributable to the organisation.
Can I enter with food and drinks?
Small items of packaged food that do not require the use of cutlery may be brought into the venue. Glass containers are not allowed. Drinks must always be in plastic containers without caps and with a capacity of no more than 50cl. (small bottles).
Can I enter with a backpack?
Only backpacks or small bags, up to a maximum capacity of 25L, are allowed to enter the venue.
Can I enter with my motorbike helmet?
No. They must be left in the lockers/cloakrooms provided at the venue.
Can I enter with an umbrella?
No. They must be left in the lockers/cloakrooms provided at the venue.
What time do the doors open?
As a general rule, we will be open one hour before the start of the first match of the tie but this will be subject to any necessary security adjustments on the day.
Can I enter the venue with my pet?
Only accredited guide dogs are allowed to enter the venue.
